HIMSS Analytics
James Gaston is the Senior Director of Maturity Models at HIMSS Analytics in Chicago with more than 24 years of healthcare information technology experience. In his current role, Mr. Gaston facilitates maturity model development and awareness, and serves as an expert resource with regard to clinical and business intelligence, as well as analytics in healthcare. He is responsible for the DELTA Powered Analytics Asessment and the Continuity of Care maturity models, among other duties at HIMSS Analytics.
Chad W. Konchak
Director of Clinical Analytics
NorthShore University Health System
Chad Konchak is the director of Clinical Analytics at NorthShore University Health System in Evanston, IL. He oversees the team responsbile for Northshore's clinical reporting, analysis, and predictive modeling efforts, with focus on leveraging and delivering data and actionable insights that improve the quality of care and identify variations in clincal practice. Mr. Konchak and his team developed an analytical system that identifies patients with undiagnosed hypertension using algorithms developed from clinical data that are delivered via real-time clinical decision support.
